Falcon 22 SPC built 19988 A True 4 berth (plus extra in cockpit area) design offering a permanent double cabin under the cockpit sole. There is a heads compartment offering the benefit of a shower and wash basin. Fwd is the saloon area that converts to another double berth or can be used as 2 singles.

On the port side we have the galley area with its stainless steel sink and along side is the cooker with ample storage cupboards underneath, opposite is the separate toilet and shower room with corner wash basin.

The cabin is equipped with stereo radio and CD player.
