This 1956 dutch-built Thames tug has been lovingly converted for live-aboard use by the current owners over the last 10 years.
Within the ships hull is approximately 80m2 of split-level open-plan living area. It include a custom built heavy-duty timber work surface used for work, study or boat maintainence tasks such as carpentry. Original features such as 2 giant gearbox coupling, and the end of the original shaft are visible.
There is one large cabin at the bow with potential to easily create a further large cabin at the stern.
Up steel steps from the lower floor is a long, tiled breakfast bar and food preparation surface, with plumbing for a washing machine. There is a contemporary kitchen, with Smeg free standing 6-ring cooker. Also on this level is a smart white mosaic-tiled bathroom with oversized shower, marine toilet and washbasin.
Outside there is very large deck area offering 360 degree views. Another set of steel steps leads to a wheelhouse, used as an office, studio or a further bedroom.
A Somy diesel ships boiler provides heating and good pressure hot water.
