Vetus hydraulic steering helm and a Vetus 8kw forward 12 volt thruster. Internal fuel, fresh water and black water tanks.

One main bedroom, Bathroom, Lounge, Kitchen and fixed wheelhouse.

Laminated oak effect flooring throughout, fully double glazed with aluminium frames. Reverse layout with large front bedroom including king size bed with side cabinets, two double wardrobes. Fully fitted bathroom, macerated toilet, full size shower with circular glass enclosure, modern ceramic sink with vanity units.

Lounge including traditional cast iron multi fuel stove, double opening skylight, leading into open plan fully fitted kitchen including LPG four ring hob and cooker, 12v/240v fridge with freezer box, additional stand-alone small freezer, automatic washing machine, microwave.

Integral steel wheelhouse fully double glazed with seating including full hydraulic steering, double doors leading out onto seating area.

Heating through an Eberspacher Hydronic to lounge, front bedroom and shower room. Multi fuel stove and reverse cycle air conditioning to give heat and cool air.

Routinely serviced each year and hull blackened every 3 years. Last survey was October 2024, New and additional anodes installed.

Forward cratch canopy fitted just now over the winter period, very easy to install and remove.
