Description
Boat Overview
Only two owners from new and in original condition, Blue Amber is for sale on her coveted, fully transferable, residential mooring at Aquavista’s flagship Limehouse marina giving immediate access to unrivalled cruising options; the Regents Canal, the Thames and the Limehouse Cut to the River Lee.
Builder and Condition
From the respected builder Amber Boats, who built to particularly robust standards with 13.5mm hull base plate steel as opposed to the more typical 10mm, she is ready to move onboard immediately and has a brand new BSS Safety Certificate.
Layout and Features
Her semi-traditional layout gives a good rear deck area and spacious double rear cabin with ample storage. Moving forward, her bathroom features a walk-in shower, basin and cassette toilet, whilst her galley is fully equipped with excellent worktop and storage space.
Blue Amber also benefits from a full size washing machine and, forward of the galley, is a dinette allowing four to dine in comfort in a dedicated space. The dinette also doubles as an office workspace and the table lowers to convert into a very useful second double berth for guests.
The saloon is a spacious living area and heating is provided by a solid fuel stove. Blue Amber is also fitted with a Webasto diesel fuelled heating system powering radiators throughout the boat. The current long-term owner has never felt the need to use the system thanks to her powerful stove so the Webasto system, if required, will need recommissioning.
Offers and Contact
Sensible offers will be entertained and please contact Aquavista’s London Broker for further details and to schedule your viewing onboard.
