Holly B is a charming 62’ semi-trad stern narrowboat built in 2001 by Andicraft Fabrications and fitted out by Warble Boat Builders. She was last blacked in May 2023, with 4 new anodes fitted at the same time.
The cratch covered well deck is 4’6”, with lockers either side and padded seat cushions, making a sociable outdoor space.
Steps lead down, through glazed forward doors, into the 7’7” saloon, with 2 captains chairs, a 240v Bush 22” TV/DVD, and a couple of cupboards and drawers. The L-shaped dinette follows, with a folding table, and easily converts into a spare double.
Next is the 8’10” galley, with a Belfast sink, Corian worktops, Vanette oven & grill, Vanette 4 burner gas hob, microwave, Fridgemaster fridge/freezer, Zanussi Aquacycle washing machine, and plenty of storage.
The following cabin (4’3”) contains the first of two loos, both of which are Tecma macerator pumpouts. There is a plastic wash basin and full height single wardrobe in here too.
Leading aft, the 6’2” main bathroom is accessed from the bedroom, with the second loo, shower over bath, and plastic wash basin over cupboard.
The 12’3” bedroom features a 6’1” x 5’0” double cross bed, with drawers either side, another single full height wardrobe, and more cupboards.
Steps lead out onto the semi-trad deck (4’8”) with lockers either side. The cocooned Beta 42 engine is housed below, which will be serviced prior to sale. Navigation is also aided by a Cramm hydraulic bowthruster. The stern deck is protected by a good condition tonneau cover.
She is centrally heated by a Webasto Thermo Top C diesel fired system, connected to 5 radiators, a heated towel rail, and fin rads to the aft. Hot water is via the Webasto, engine, and immersion.
12v power is via 4x 110ah domestics, brand new before listing, and a separate starter. 240v power is via a Mastervolt inverter, 3.5kw travel power generator or landline. There is also a Victron Centaur battery charger.
Lighting on board is LED throughout.
She comes with all the relevant navigation equipment, and is ready to turn the key and go!
