Phyllis Rose was built in 2010 in the reverse layout style. There is a pram canopy and cratch cover fitted.The engine is a Beta 43 and has an electric bow thruster fitted
The boat has been fitted out using solid wood to the floor with a feature border.The ceiling and above gunwhale are tongue and groove or cream painted panels.
The galley is entered from the rear deck with a cupboard on starboard side housing the electrics, including a travel pack which provides 240v power when cruising. The Victron 3000w inverter/120amp charger is also located here. There is a washing machine, fridge and freezer in the galley along with plenty of storage cupboards and drawers. There is a Belling gas oven and a 4 burner gas hob installed.
The worktop is solid wood.The dinnette follows on which can convert to a bed. The side hatch is situated in this area with a set of additional interior glass doors
The saloon has a Morso Squirrel stove and space for free standing sofa/chairs. The Tv will also be included in the sale.
The Heating is supplied via the multi fuel Morso stove and an Alde 3010 heater which runs on electric or gas. There is a calorifier run from the engine or Alde heater and also has an immersion element to run on 240v. There are fin rads throughout and a towel rail in the bathroom. The bathroom has a pump out Jabsco delux flush toilet with the holding tank under the bed
The bedroom has a crossover bed with 2 storage drawers, a wardrobe, overhead storage and bedside cupboards.3 Solar panels , Travel pack or 240v from a shore line provide power. The 500lt water tank is stainless steel.
There is a battery for the bow thruster, 260amp of leisure battery power and an engine starter battery.
