Ivy is a 36ft cruiser stern, standard layout, narrowboat built by Arcrite in 1991. She is fitted with a BMC inboard diesel engine and has 3 berths.

Ivy is presented for sale in good clean tidy condition. Her interior has been refurbished giving her a smart and stylish feel inside with high gloss door and drawer fronts in the galley and shower room. Her exterior has been repainted, at which time new hopper style windows were fitted along with pram and cratch covers which are in good condition. Also new plumbing, electrics, contemporary vinyl flooring and bespoke magnetized blinds. At 36ft long, Ivy will make a great leisure boat, but would be long enough to be used as a live-aboard for a single person or couple.
