Harbour Marine is delighted to offer for sale on brokerage this Ballistic 550 which has been kept in our yard, and maintained by us, for many years.  If watersports are your thing, or you just want to enjoy a bit of coastal cruising, then this is the 5.5m family RIB for you.

Although a 2008 RIB, it has had many recent upgrades and improvements:

In July 2021, the engine was upgraded to a new Suzuki DF115.  This has been regularly winterised and serviced - most recently in August 2024 after the owner had finished using this RIB for the season, and had 121 hours recorded.  There is still warranty on the engine until August 2026.

In 2023, the trailer for this Ballistic 550 was replaced with a  new SBS R2/1300 trailer.  Used only for a few weeks in 2023 and 2024, it is still very fresh.  The electronics also had an overhaul in 2023 and this family RIB had a Garmin Echomap UHD2 55cv chartplotter installed along with a Fusion RA60 stereo and speakers.

This Ballistic 550 has a really substantial overall cover for the winter and a strop made up for use when the RIB was kept occasionally on a mooring.  There is also a console cover.
