We are selling our cosy Kagenaar Dutch barge “Japio”.

She is a liveaboard which comes with a transferrable mooring in a highly sought-after London marina, but she also fully set up for continuous cruising if preferred.

Located at Poplar Waterside & Marina and situated on the River Thames, it’s a 90-berth marina with a high proportion of residential berths. it is in a stunning location close to Canary Wharf in London, close to the specialist shops, restaurants, pubs and attractions with central London just minutes away on the Jubilee Line, the Docklands Light Railway and the Elizabeth Line.

The marina is part of the Aquavista Group which has 32 locations UK wide. Residents are able to swap their mooring to any others in the group and you can also enjoy 100 free nights at their other marinas if you want a break away from London.
