La Petite II offers three good sized bedrooms, a family bathroom a good sized kitchen/lounge area and a lovely wheelhouse that can be a day lounge as well as a navigation point.
The aft cabin has a separate toilet cubicle with hand basin which could easily be turned into a wet room. There is hard wood flooring throughout, plenty of windows offering lots of light, and good headroom.
The kitchen has lots of storage and work surface, however the cooker and hob will need to be changed from the current electric to LPG. You would also need to fit a new gas combi boiler to run the central heating, all radiators are already in place.
The wheelhouse is an excellent size and would be a lovely place to enjoy the day with panoramic views of your surroundings wherever you find yourself. There is a deck area aft and another forward, and if more outside space is required you could utilise the roof of the main structure to create a good sized terrace.
La Petite II came down from Penton Hook marina and cruised beautifully most of the way. However she needed to be towed for the last part of the journey due to problems with starter motor and flywheel. It is also thought that new engine mounts will be needed.
There is a survey available from when she was last docked in 2019.

This is an incredible opportunity to own a family sized Dutch barge on a secure residential mooring, and with some work La Petite II could again be a wonderful family home, either as a static or cruising home.

Most residential moorings are secure areas with mains electric and water provided, mooring fees for a secure residential mooring tend to be between £1 and £2 per foot of length per week.
