Fribbet is a beautifully crafted 70ft traditional stern, tug-style narrowboat, built in 2004 by the renowned boatbuilder Barry Hawkins. A traditional boatman’s cabin is beautifully appointed with a boatman’s small ‘Range’ stove and adorned with distinctive hand-painted roses and castles decoration. Propulsion is provided by the magnificent Gardner 2LW diesel engine, a highly sought-after classic renowned for its reliability, smooth running and distinctive exhaust note.

Fribbet has remained in the same ownership since new. Unfortunately, family illness in recent years has prevented Fribbet reach her full potential, presenting an excellent opportunity for a new owner to enhance this much-admired boat. In 2017, Fribbet underwent an extensive schedule of maintenance and refubishment by her owner when the hull was professionally grit blasted back to bare steel before being repainted by Willow Boats at Swanley Bridge Marina.
