The Beneteau Oceanis 323 was introduced in 2003 as a replacement for what had been the extremely popular Oceanis 311. The improvements made were an increase in overall internal volume, a larger aft cabin, an enormous head compartment and a generous, easily accessible cockpit with a clever pivoting wheel. The 323 proved to be yet another winner from the Groupe Finot stable, and this model remains just as popular today. This is a particularly attractive model with a good inventory. She is ready to go with recent antifoul coatings, engine service and NEW Hyde Sails. It is a delight to announce that there is nothing on this yacht that doesn't function. You can quite happily take this boat to sea tomorrow safe in the knowledge that everything works as it should.
Other attractive features are the complete cockpit enclosure, additional coachroof halyard winch,New LED lighting throughout, double berth conversion in the saloon, diesel fired cabin heating and holding tank with macerator.

Below decks is well appointed with classic cherry stained Maobi interior woodwork and "Pacific Blue" upholstery.
The interior is in excellent condition and benefits from new carpts in saloon and diesel fired heating.
The yacht has provision for 7 berths. Double cabins forward and aft, singles either side of table with the port berth converting to a double if required.
The saloon is entered from the companionway via a perspex sliding hatch and set of varnished wash boards.
To port is the "owners" aft cabin with 1.83M headroom, double berth, hanging wardrobe, 12V deck and reading lights and opening ports for ventilation.
Continuing on the port side is the L-shaped galley with gas fuelled ENO oven with 2-burner hob. Top loading, 60L capacity fridge with drain for cleaning. Stainless steel sink with hot & cold mixer tap. Cupboard storage above and below work tops. Perspex splash guard added at galley.
Forward of galley is the saloon. Central drop leaved table with bottle stowage. Curved and well upholstered settees port and starboard with storage behind and below. Port settee will, as previously mentioned, convert to double if required. Chart table with switch panel at the rear end of the starboard settee. Large heads with sea toilet and holding tank. Holding tank is fitted with a macerator. Moulded sink unit with storage below, mixer tap and mirror. Shower stall with teak seat. Wet locker and shelved storage. 12V lighting. shower sump pump, heating outlet and opening port.
Bow cabin with infill cushion. Hanging locker and storage shelves along hull. Adjustable 12V reading lights. Deck head hatch with blind.
Well equipped yacht with good inventory.

GRP constructed yacht built by Beneteau in 2005 to a Group Finot design.
White, hi-gloss topsides with smart navy blue and silver hull decals.
Standard draft cast iron keel measuring 1.80M. Semi blanced spade rudder.
Underwater areas have been soda blasted and epoxy coated using Gelshield in April/May 2019.
Binnacle mounted, leather trimmed wheel steering. Wheel pivots to allow easy access from transom.
Teak laid bathing/boarding platform with pivoting helm seat.

Engine serviced in 2018. Reduction gearbox driving stainless steel shaft and 2-bladed propeller and rope cutter.
Bank of 3X12V batteries fitted with isolators.
These provide engine start and domestic power.

Sails & Rigging:
Bermudan sloop with 9/10th fractional rig. Deck stepped aluminium mast and boom.
Single set of aft swept spreaders and stainless steel standing rigging.
At time of build the first owners specified upgraded winches and spinnaker rigging.
Terylene running rigging led aft to cockpit for short handed sailing.
Sails were upgraded in 2018. Hyde fully battened main and roller furling genoa with UV strip.
