Bruce Roberts 370 Pilot House - a well advanced, new build project of this very popular design (over 400 built worldwide). This is the pilothouse, ketch rigged version built in radius chine steel. The hull was professionally built, blasted and painted.

A great opportunity for someone to complete this new build of a full displacement, go anywhere cruising yacht.

Layout: Eight berths in four cabins including forward twin V berth, port twin bunk cabin (bunks not fitted), double berth pilot house and double aft cabin.

Starboard galley.

Pilothouse with dining area and nav station with plentiful drawers and vast storage volume.

Heads with holding tank, Bosun's locker.

Foam insulation throughout. Head lining in white is largely complete (corner trims to fit), the blue film on photos is protective, to be removed when work is complete.

Mechanical & Electrical: New, unused 46hp MPS engine with PRM gearbox, waterlock, 140l fuel tank, propshaft and sound insulation to engine room.
