2006 Catalina 22 in immaculate condition lying at Percuil near St. Mawes in Cornwall, comes complete with road trailer that has never been in the water although the trailer has an extension arm allowing her to go deeper in the water without risk to towing vehicle. Reluctantly selling due to health challenges. This beautiful boat is rigged with furling jib, Lazy Jacks and boom bag for main and is complete with two mains (one never used) and 3 jibs (2 never used). She is fitted with a removable cool box, small retractable galley with 2 gas burners and electric water pump, porta potti toilet, curtains and internal cushion. She has two anchors, chain and warp, horse shoe life buoy, speed and depth indicator, boarding ladder, retractable outboard bracket and life buoy holder. She is fitted with furling jib, lazy jacks and boom bag for main with all halyards back to cockpit for ease of the single hander. She is a dream to sail along with creek hopping due to the lift keel only requiring 2 feet of water when lifted. We have had her for two seasons and thoroughly enjoyed her. Her condition is absolutely unbelievable and she has been well looked after by Percuil Boatyard where she currently lies.

3 jibs - 2 brand new and not used with furler. 2 mains one brand new and not used. previous owner did not like roller reefing so had smaller sails made. The main has lazy jacks and boom bag for ease of single handed sailing.
