Catalina 30 Mark III wing keel. Excellent condition with many improvements and updates since 2021.
It is a very stable boat with a lead winged keel, in mast furling mainsail and a vertically battened foresail. Beaching legs included for extra stability when drying out.
GRP moulded deck and cockpit, finished externally in white gelcoat with moulded, non-slip texture panels. Clear, unobstructed side decks for easy access and a deep cockpit.
Spacious and light interior with teak panelling, open living area with lots of storage.

Accommodation

U -shaped galley to port of the companionway steps. The worktops are finished in Catalina's single piece moulding which is easily cleaned. The galley has twin stainless steel sinks, two burner gas stove and a large, top loading fridge.
Raised dish and cup storage and lots of under counter storage.
Forepeak separated from the main living space with a folding door. The cabin provides two single berths in a V or a double with an insert. Storage under bunks and an opening deck hatch.
Heads to port side, immediately aft of the forepeak. Easily cleaned moulded construction. Manual sea-toilet - new in 2022. Sink and vanity unit.
Heads can discharge overboard or into holding tank.
Saloon - large hanging locker opposite heads. A long starboard side seating runs full length to the navigation table.
U -shaped seating wrapped around a large saloon table which can be used to convert the seating area into a large double bunk.
Storage above the settee and under the cushions.
Aft bunk - lying aft of the companionway ladder is a large double bunk. Storage under ladder for lifejackets and harnesses.
Fore and aft berth mattresses new in 2021. Unused.

Construction

Single piece GRP moulded deck (RCD design CAT A) and cockpit finished externally in white gelcoat with moulded, non-slip texture panels.
Stainless steel push-pit, pulpit, stanchions and grabrails. Sprayhood fully encloses hatch for extra protection. Winged keel of solid lead construction. Spade type, semi-balanced rudder. Edson steering gear. Self draining anchor locker forward with windlass and locker space below deck.
Clear, unobstructed side decks for easy access forward, chain plates all located on inboard edge of side deck keeping shrouds clear of deck.
Deep cockpit with pedestal mounted at aft end, removable section of transom seat. Single large cockpit locker on port side with separate, self draining gas locker. Cockpit table. The Wider deck gives a more spacious boarding platform at the stern and the cockpit has coamings for seating, observational seats being built into the stern rail. Seacocks (5) all new Trudesign (2021).
Antifoul scraped off to gelcoat and several coats of International Coaltar 2 applied in 2021.

Located within a dedicated engine space beneath the centre line section of the galley worktop. Access is provided via an opening hatch beneath the galley and saloon seating.
Beta 25 (25hp) diesel engine - new 2018. Spotless.
Fresh water cooled.
Dual lever controls - gear and throttle.
Shaft drive to 3-bladed prop.

Single spreader masthead sloop rig.
All spars of silver anodised alloy construction.
