'Sweet Feeby' is a 1986 Trad style narrowboat which has been refitted to a good standard by the current owner to give it a spacious and modern lay-out. Beginning life at 45' this boat was 'stretched' in 2004 by Orion Narrow Boats to allow for more living space. The boat has a comprehensive file of maintenance related paperwork which dates back to the original purchase of the vessel. Accommodation

Access to the accommodation is via aft cabin doors, steps, and sliding hatch or forward cabin doors from the well deck. Entering via the aft doors, steps lead down in to the: -
Galley which comprised of fitted storage units, drawers, a wooden work surface, side hatch (half doors), black composite sink with a swan neck mixer tap, laminate flooring, an under-counter fridge/freezer, 3 burner LPG hob, washing machine/ dryer, LPG oven and a microwave. Cupboards with access to LPG water heater and calorifier tank.
Moving forward from the kitchen, you’ll find a good-sized living area with free standing furniture, radiators, log burner and dining table/ workspace. A central doorway leads into a: -
Walkthrough bathroom which contains a curved shower cubicle with sliding glass doors, shower head, shower tray. A vanity unit with ceramic wash basin with hot/cold tap, cassette toilet with electric flush, tiled flooring, mirror and general storage.
The Forward (Main) cabin has a fitted and expandable double bed, laminate flooring, windows, a great amount of storage in the form of fitted wardrobes and cupboards, and steps leading to the well deck.
The boat has been recently updated to give it a more modern layout but still keeping some of the traditional charms of a narrowboat of its age.

Welded steel plate base, hull sides, decks, cabin sides, and roof. (Originally 10mm base plate + 6mm side plates when built as a 45’ boat) Single-glazed hopper style windows, double aft doors and sliding hatch, glazed hardwood forward doors. LPG locker built into the bow. Water tank under the well deck. Blue decks and cabin sides with grey/silver coachlines, grey non-slip roof, and blacked hull (last blacked and anodes replaced in 2022) Blue vinyl cratch cover.
