Description

Toddbrook is full of comfort, character and charm, it has double glazed windows throughout (Dec. 2020) and features lots of reclaimed wood and bespoke joinery. From the stern door, steps take you down into the galley area which features 12V fridge, substantial 1950s formica topped cupboard, Hotpoint gas cooker, sink and further storage space. Next comes a cosy dining table with bench seating that comprises a solid burr walnut backrest and storage below. The cosy saloon has a good sized sofa on which to relax in front of the solid wood stove (Sept. 2021), and shelving for books etc.

At the end of the saloon there’s a wooden door, beyond which you’ll find the bathroom with shower over a small but perfectly formed bath, ceramic wash hand basin and Thetford Cassette toilet. Another door separates this space from the cosy bedroom at the bow end of the boat with its fixed double bed and storage beneath, chest of drawers, and full height wardrobe with mirror.

A pair of metal stable doors open out onto the bow deck which is a perfect size for relaxing in a chair with your feet resting up on the side rails, drink in hand, admiring the view.

Toddbrook’s was last blacked in August 2025, together with an out of water survey in which all readings showed the hull to be in excellent condition.
