This wonderfully spacious barge offers luxurious living on the river, but with all modern conveniences as standard. Completed in 2022, the interior has been crafted to the highest possible standard leaving the the modern living space with a feeling of space and light.

The bank of 4 new generation solar panels means you can live off grid all year round, and the wonderful central heating system means it's always warm during the colder months.

With mooring on the National Trust owned / managed River Wey, just south of Weybridge (with permanent non-residential mooring included), you not only have access to the beautiful river Wey & Wey Navigation, its only a 30 mins cruise to the Thames

The barge has a huge master bedroom, and a smaller double that can be used either as a guest / secondary bedroom or a store room or even as an office.

Master Bedroom: At the bow of the boat, the full-width master bedroom provides privacy and comfort fitted with black out blinds. It includes a super king-sized bed, substantial wardrobe space, plenty of built in storage and large windows for natural light and access via the bow door to the front deck area.

Kitchen / Living Room:
The wonderfully designed kitchen and living room is fully fitted - the kitchen has a 4 ring gas hob, gas oven, double Belfast sink, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine & generous counter-top space including breakfast bar (with 3 bar stools).

There is a large sofa, which also doubles as a sofa bed should you be entertaining guests overnight, and a wifi enabled TV (works on 4G) so you can watch Netflix (or Apple, Disney, Prime etc) and chill.

There is also a log burner, which not only heats the boat in no time (if you don't want to use the central heating), also adds to the overall feeling of comfort and homeliness.

There is also a fold out table, that seats up to six (with fold away chairs)

Bathroom: The bathroom features a full size bath which doubles as a shower, a ceramic basin, and an electric compost loo.

Second bedroom: There is a small double, with a separate bunk bed, that can be used for guests, or as an office.

Engine & Mechanical Details: Powered by a brand new & extremely reliable Canaline 52hp engine, the barge also comes equipped with bow thrusters, making mooring and navigating tighter spaces easy and stress-free.

Additional Features:

Central heating system, with Nest control - allowing fully remote controlled heating and hot water, all controllable from your phone. (Wifi dongle needed for remote control - very easy to set up & use).
4 full size next generation Solar panels and Victron 3000W inverter which provides ample off-grid power from the solar bank.

The "house" batteries also charge from the engine, meaning you will never run out of power. (They have never dropped below 81% in the 4 years we've owned the boat)
