We have an exceptionally maintained fully fitted 2 bed Eurocruiser, built by Collingwood and fitted out by bespoke interior designers with lots of extras, making her a high spec option for someone looking for a boutique on the water lifestyle.

Painted a rich dark blue outside, with a cream non-slip roof for cooler rooftop summers and with matt black 2 pack epoxy on the hull recently fully serviced in June 2023. She has an extra large back deck (10 foot), fully fitted with tech deck (the most premium solution for decking), complete with a table, a new blue cover with beige piping from 2023, and cream surround sofa providing a fantastic relaxing and entertaining space. There is also storage built in to the seating and large, easy access to the engine bay making maintenance easy. A full service was undertaken in Nov 2023. 

This widebeam has wheeled steering (there is also an emergency tiller). The addition of the vetus bow thruster helps with mooring. She is powered by an upgraded 70 hp Canaline engine. There is a bilge pump in the engine bay, along with good access to the weed hatch. There are 3 x 110 ah leisure batteries fitted, with ample space to expand this bank of batteries.

From the stern deck there are central double doors leading down steps to the open plan galley, kitchen and living area. These steps lift up to give access to the inverter charger and pressure tank for the central heating system and are designed as storage also. 

On this boat the open plan galley is as you enter the main doors and centrally located. A large island provides ample space to eat or work, with cupboards on either side providing lots of storage. The kitchen cupboards are dark grey and the worksurfaces are bespoke poured concrete with copper edge and the island is an antique burnished copper. A white double Belfast sink with draining area is below one of the large windows and this entire area is complete with large windows and escape hatch which provide ample lighting and make this area feel very spacious. The galley is well designed and fitted with everything to make life easy. Ample storage space and work surfaces make this galley a very workable space. She is fitted with a large range gas cooker, Smeg gas hob with extractor fan above, along with integral fridge and freezer. 

The whole interior of the boat has been professionally painted with neutrals combined with splashes of colour, with matching bespoke blinds throughout including black out blinds in the master bedroom. There is tongue and groove ceiling. In the open plan living / galley area there is a wooden floor which continues through to the bathroom of high quality grey finished engineered wood. The boat is heated by a webasto central heating system with modern anthracite radiators throughout and in the living area there is a Morso Squirrel wood burner with tiled base adds a stunning feature. The boat is also equipped with a smart nest thermostat so you can control the temperature both at home and remotely through the app. 

A corridor leads from the living area to the utility room with further storage and washing machine, then on to the first bedroom which is currently fitted out as a study with a large desk area to high finish, and fitted industrial style shelving. This room is carpeted with a neutral carpet and high quality underlay.

The corridor then leads on to the bathroom. A glazed privacy door leads into this well appointed room, which has a heated towel rail for warmth and a porthole for light. The room is tiled as a wet room with a full size bath and twin showers. Exposed copper piping is used to add decor as well as provide a boutique effect to the taps, showers and heated towel rail. There is a large sink set upon a further poured concrete surface in keeping with the galley, storage is built in below with an additional tall standing cupboard with shelving in a corner by the vetus toilet. This is a pump out toilet (with gauges) for ease.

Finally, at the bow of the boat is the master bedroom.
The bedroom has a kingsize bed built into the nose and over a 1000l water tank to create an ‘on the water’ feel, with bed side tables on either side. There are large full sized wardrobes along one wall. This room is also carpeted in keeping with the second bedroom/ study. 

The bow thrusters are built beneath the bed and are easily accessed. 

The boat has been immaculately kept and lovingly looked after by her first owner and comes with a full handover, manual and boat safety certificate.
