No Fixed Abode’s layout provides spacious accommodation as a 2-person boat, and has been thoughtfully kitted out for living aboard, providing all the essentials for daily life.
The large cruiser deck is fitted with a beautiful hardwood rail making it a welcoming and safe area for children & pets. The roof is fitted with 2 x 310W solar panels which, along with the Lithium (LiFePo4) domestic battery, provide more than enough capacity to supply domestic equipment even during periods of low sunlight.
Entering from the stern deck, the cabin provides useful cupboard and under-step storage for mooring & cruising equipment, electrical swich board. The excellent Victron inverter which provides 1600W of 240v power is concealed behind a control panel. The Alde gas central heating provides warmth via radiators throughout the boat and a backup method of heating water.
The kitchen has solid wood worktops and cream cupboards, and is fitted with a 4-ring gas cooker with grill & oven, 1.5 bowl sink, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine and laminate flooring. Additional shelving includes a solid oak plate rack and drawers for cutlery, etc.
The dining area (8ft x 5ft 7in) is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen, and offers space for freestanding table & chairs and furniture, and has been freshly carpeted in April 2025.
Through a doorway, complete with a sliding pocket door, is the cosy bedroom at the centre of the boat - fitted with a permanent full width double bed, ample storage is provided in the full height wardrobe, shelving, and under bed drawers. The duck hatch and ladder opposite the bed offers views & ventilation in warmer weather. New LED lighting has been recently fitted, including dimmable reading lights above the bed.
Through a further pocket door, the bright, clean bathroom (with its own sliding door for privacy) has been redecorated in April 2025 and fitted with a new Mira shower, a Trobolo separating toilet and new dimmable LED lighting.
Through a further pocket door, the cosy saloon (“the snug”) provides a very comfortable space for relaxing, and is fitted with an excellent Valor solid fuel stove. A cupboard provides useful storage for fuel, and houses the pump for domestic water.
Double doors lead to the useful cratch area, which has large forward facing windows and is protected from the elements with a waterproof cover.
The interior of the boat is beautifully fitted out with original tongue & groove boarding and is finished to very high standard, providing clean light airy accommodation. The handmade curtains are included in the sale.
Although currently laid out as a 2-person boat, the flexible 8ft (2.4m) dining area and 9ft 5in (2.87m) saloon could accommodate additional beds as/when required.
