This rare, meticulously upgraded Etap 32i Master is one of only a handful built with a factory wheel-steering helm. Combining Etap’s legendary "unsinkable" double-hull construction with superior thermal insulation for a condensation-free interior, this "executive" variant offers a refined, big-boat sailing experience. It represents the pinnacle of the 150-unit production run, blending unique ergonomics with renowned Belgian craftsmanship.
This Etap 32i is a vessel with a fantastic pedigree. She arrived to me in superb condition following the long-term and dedicated stewardship of her two previous owners. It was the most recent owner before me who made the major investment of the brand-new Volvo engine, which now has just 70 hours of run time and remains under Volvo warranty until December 2026.
In my year of ownership, I have continued this high standard of care, maintaining her as a safe, dry, and exceptionally capable cruiser. I had intended to keep her long-term, but a new house project has unexpectedly taken priority and requires the funds. It is currently kept at WycorMarine Heaven in Portsmouth harbour.
-- Recent (February 2026) survey report by chartered surveyor found Marric to be in "sound condition" in all aspects, with the recommendations (Sail drive diaphragm renew) being already addressed.
-- Brand new VOLVO D1-20 professionally fitted by Volvo agents in December 2024. Only 70 hours run time so far in two years. Included a fully transferable 2-year guarantee (which now is about to expire). Recently serviced (January 2026) by Volvo specialists - Golden Arrow Marine Portsmouth.
-- Recent (March 2026) work to refurbished sail drive, with clamp, diaphragm, shaft and propeller all new. Also performed by Golden Arrow.
-- Also in March 2026, the electrical system was inspected and overhauled, with leisure batteries replaced.
Total electrical and mechanical peace of mind for the new owner. Excellent condition. British registered with all paperwork in order. Good to go for a good few years!
