Owners Comments

Built in 1992 and commissioned in May 1993 Pendana is in excellent condition for her year. Fastidiously maintained by her skipper owner for the last 15 years, she is a very powerful boat and has excellent seakeeping.
She is on the Part One register of shipping and comes with a comprehensive record of her maintenance.
The canopy is in fair condition and is waterproof but is likely to need replacing in the next 2 to 3 years.
The cockpit upholstery is tired and will also want replacing shortly. The asking price reflects these small shortcomings.
The engines have been fully serviced including oil, oil filters, diesel filters, air filters, belts and impellors in March/ April 2023. The sterndrives have also been fully serviced and antifouled together with the hull in April/May 2023.
Pendana’s fuel tank is full and she is ready for the coming season.

Sleeps 6 in two cabins and a saloon conversion
The forward cabin features an offset double berth, storage and hanging lockers.
The aft cabin comprises a double berth, lockers and storage.
The heads compartment is fitted with a PARR JABSCO sea toilet, hand wash basin and shower.
The saloon has a “U” shaped seating area with dinette table, which converts to a large double berth.
The galley is equipped with ENO twin burner gas hob, gas oven with timer and ENGEL refrigerator. Also includes twin stainless steel sinks with marble effect tops and covers.
The interior furniture finish is MAPLE with green upholstery and carpets.
