*SENSIBLE OFFERS INVITED*
From the drawing board of Angus Primrose (Gypsy Moth IV, Galway Blazer II, Moody 33...), the Finnrose 37 is a very capable bluewater cruiser. Her encapsulated long fin keel and deep aft cockpit make for safe and comfortable passage making. Equally at home crossing oceans or coastal cruising, these boats are well regarded, well built, but hard to come by.
White Lightning has a masthead sloop rig, with Ratsey and Lapthorn sails new in 2017 (and still in very good order). All of her stainless steel standing rigging was renewed in 2023.
White Lightning has been well looked after by her present owner, who is only selling as age means he can't use her to her full potential. She has a comprehensive electronics inventory, with two GPS plotters, AIS, radar, wind speed/direction, depth, log, and a Raymarine Autohelm system. She is powered by a 40hp Volvo Diesel fitted in 2005 (but not used until 2010), and professionally maintained since.
Down below her accommodation is spacious and comfortable, and in good order, with mahogany veneers and flexiteak flooring throughout. 5/6 berths are split between 2 cabins, with a very comfortable seating and dining area.
