Description:
This sturdy and attractive boat was built by the renowned Fjord Company in Norway for the Scandinavian market. The company, started in the 1950s, is still in existence but has since relocated to Germany and is now building high quality motorboats and yachts. ‘Swan Maiden’ is in good overall condition with some minor works required to bring it up to an outstanding condition. She is powered by the reliable and economical 2-cylinder, 12hp Volvo Penta inboard petrol engine which has been regularly serviced. This distinctive and classic style river boat comes with a full complement of newly upholstered seat cushions and matching canopy for full weather protection. The price includes all ropes, fenders, mud weight and other extras including a 3.5hp Mariner outboard. She is currently moored on the Stour near Sandwich but also has a single axle road trailer for transportation.
