Built in 1967 and Still going strong. A triple keel cruising yacht, 31ft from stem to stern with 5 berths, seating area capable of seating up to 6 with a collapsible table, a sea toilet, galley area and chart table. Powered by a Perkins, 25hp, 3 cylinder diesel, recently serviced and in good condition. Chloe has recently been ashore for a part refit and repaint. New equipment includes two new stainless steel fuel tanks, new fuel filters and fuel pipes. New pushpit and pulpit. New stanchions and guard rails. New running lights. Below decks, new bunk cushions, new galley sink, taps and water pump for fresh water. New Jabsco sea toilet. Much joinery work is incomplete and needs to be finished. The galley needs finishing and the heads joinery is incomplete. The forward hatch needs replacing. Two main sails and one roller reefing foresail, recently refurbished.
