Well looked after early 80's steel vessel from quality builders Gruno. For sale by owners changing to something smaller with an air draught that will pass underneath Osney bridge on the Upper Thames. Comes with a history file dating back decades.
Excellent out of water survey 2021, the hull below the waterline is almost as-new and a copy of the survey will be made available to view on the boat.
Non-tidal Thames based, the previous owner was an Oxford scholar who used her as liveaboard on a city centre mooring. Recent works include antifoul 2021, antifoul August 2024, new drive plate August 2024. New high output alternator Summer 2021, new Eberspacher Airtronic cabin heater Summer 2022. Decks repainted and side doors revarnished April 2025. Receipts for all works.

Completely reglazed with new Houdini frames throughout in 2008, also professionally rewired about 10 years ago.

Peugeot Indenor XD2 2.3 litre diesel (as used in the Peugeot 504/505, Granada 2.3D and Sierra 2.3D amongst other applications). Fuel log reveals an average consumption of 2L/hr over the last 300 hours. BW VelvetDrive gearbox on shaft.
Engine oil and filter changed every 50 hours.
50 gal (225 litre) fuel tank, same size fresh water tank.
She has blemishes but overall they are few and minor in my view. There is a small compression dent in the port bow, difficult to see and was there when we bought her.
Viewing is welcome by appointment. As stated, a copy of the 2021 survey will be available to view on the boat. Please note she has restricted headroom in the aft cabin and heads. We are 5'10" and 6' tall respectively and it's never been a problem for us, but if you are taller this vessel might not work so well for you.
