Description

Eau Pair 11 was built in 1991 to a high specification, the interior is clad in selected mahogany with hand rubbed silk finish, the floor with beige carpets throughout. She has only had two owners and been very well maintained and extensively upgraded in recent years to make her safe and reliable. Eau Pair 11 has been stored ashore every year since launch and has a full winter cover which has ensured the teak deck remains in excellent condition.

Eau Pair 11 is currently ashore in Portsmouth Harbour, she is due to be relaunched for the new season in late March.

Accommodation

From forward to aft of the watertight bulkhead providing gas stowage and anchor locker.
Interior is in selected mahogany with silk finish and beige carpets throughout. Accommodation comprises:

FORWARD CABIN
• Two full length berths in a ‘V’ configuration (reupholstered 2023) with an infill to form a double berth.
• Ample storage below berth and full length shelves above.
• Access to the under bunk stowage improved by the use of smaller panels under the bunk cushions.
• Folding door has stainless steel piano hinge, walk through to heads compartment.

HEADS:
• Jabsco marine toilet, (new pump and all pipework renewed 2022)
• Good sized hanging locker behind toilet
• Washbasin with lockers above and below, mirror, foot pump for fresh water

MAIN SALOON:
• ‘L’ shaped sofa berth to port, straight sofa bed to starboard, both with lifting backrests to increase width of berth and provide storage for bedding, both berths over 6’ long.
• Central light above table with two settings, reading lights above each berth with additional lights exposed when backrests are lifted.
• Generous bookshelves and stowage
• Rassy saloon table with fold down leaves on both sides and bottle stowage in the centre bolted to the teak sole which has holly stripes.
