The Rasmus 35 was designed by the leading Swedish designer, Olle Enderlein. 760 boats were made between 1967 and 1978. Lutanda has been stored ashore every winter and has had only two owners from new.
The name "Rasmus" is German and means God of Winds. Lutanda is a much sought after, well modernized boat in very good condition with excellent woodwork throughout, including many upgrades and improvements. These boats are fully blue water capable and many have completed very successful circumnavigations. She is solid, sea-kindly and handles well in rough seas. Lutanda is a genuine Hallberg-Rassy, made in Elos, Sweden.

Hull is solid fiberglass without core, and is over ½ inch thick above the waterline, increasing below the waterline to several inches thick at the bottom of the keel. This is NOT a plastic boat.
Hull to deck joint is joined by fiberglass in the factory; hull/deck become one, solid and leakproof
Ballast fully encapsulated in keel, no keel bolts
All areas of the hull are accessible from inside by lifting wood floorboards or opening berths
The original Gelcoat has never had a blister in the fiberglass and has had no damage.

Sails & Rig
The vessel is rigged as a Bermudan ketch. Manual side winches at the Cockpit are fitted for sail control.
Selden anodised aluminium alloy Main mast and spars with s/s standing rigging - 2 x lower shrouds, upper-shrouds and twin backstays. The matching Mizzen mast is supported by a pair of mid-shroud and a pair of upper-shrouds and a brace to the main mast. The following sails included:
- Mainsail with original boom reefing.
