Description

Bee Happeee is a much loved narrowboat constructed by Hallmark. 45ft long with a cruiser stern. Power is provided by a BMC 1.8 diesel engine which has had minimal use since it was completely rebuilt in 2023. The accommodation comprises of a fixed double berth together with a single sofa bed in the saloon. The saloon benefits from a stove with back boiler which provides heating throughout the boat. The galley is fitted with a freestanding 4 hob gas cooker and an under counter fridge with freezer compartment. Bathing is provided in a separate heads which has a cassette toilet, shower and wash hand basin. The boat is also fitted with 2 roof boxes and solar 3 panel installation. (Mooring can also be transferred by agreement with marina). The boat was blacked in Sept. 2023 and passed her last boat safety Inspection in Jul 2022.
As well as benefiting from a solar power system there are also two very useful storage boxes on the cabin roof.

Equipment

Accommodation is provided in a standard layout with a double berth at the stern then along a passage with the Heads to the left containing a shower, Wash hand basin and cassette toilet. this leads into the galley and then the saloon with a fixed settee that can comfortably accommodate a further crew member. The saloon has a television and a wood burning stove with a back boiler to cosy up to on those colder nights.

BMC 1.8 Diesel engine recently fully rebuilt and little used since then. Fitted with PRM 120D2 Gearbox Boat Safety passed in Jul 2022 and was blacked and new leisure battery's fitted in Sept.2023
