Works included engine inspection and diagnostics, fuel-system servicing, cooling-system inspection, raw-water intake cleaning, electrical diagnostics, replacement and testing of batteries, gearbox inspection, propeller cleaning and operational testing.

Following the mechanical work, Mayfair Lady successfully travelled under her own power from Essex to her current mooring in Erith. Video footage of the voyage is available to interested buyers.

The vessel has also recently undergone a substantial cosmetic refresh, including repainting, professionally cleaned carpets and canopies, and repainted decks.

Residential Mooring

Mayfair Lady is currently berthed on a permanent residential mooring at Anchor Bay Moorings, Erith (DA8), with the marina owners having agreed that the vessel can remain for the new owner under a separate residential mooring licence.

The private gated mooring offers secure off-street parking, excellent privacy and wonderful waterside views, with relatively few neighbouring boats. A private terrace area alongside the vessel is also being created.

The marina is undergoing significant improvements, with facilities including communal showers, wash facilities, washing machines and laundry facilities. Water is included within the mooring fee and electricity is individually metered.

Holiday/Airbnb letting has also been agreed as permissible by the marina, providing potential for those considering the vessel as an investment or occasional-use property.
