Rosie Lea is a 38ft cruiser stern narrowboat with custom layout built in 2005 by Liverpool Boat Company. The boat has been lovingly maintained and is perfect for liveaboard living or leisurely cruising the canals.

This is an ideal boat for one person or a couple, and being 38ft, she's short enough to turn around almost anywhere on the network and easy to find mooring in London.

From the stern, you enter into the cosy double bedroom featuring ample storage and wardrobes. Moving forward through the boat, you'll find the compact bathroom with shower and compost toilet.

The heart of the boat is the beautiful saloon area with stunning red seating that's lovely to sit around. The dining table converts into a double bed, making Rosie Lea a 2 berth + 2.

A multi-fuel stove fireplace takes wood and coal, providing wonderful warmth throughout the vessel.

The galley is positioned in the bow and features a 4-hob gas cooker and oven with ample storage space and work surfaces.

Our last hull survey and blacking was less than three years ago which you are more than welcome to take a look at.

Blacking was done by Uxbridge Boat Center and we paid for the two-pack epoxy that they said lasts 7 years.
