A refurbished wide beam canal boat for immediate sale.

Bought in 2018 and fully foam insulated (walls and ceiling), solid oak ceiling boards, engineered oak floor boards, tongue and groove walls painted in Farrow and Ball. Internal partition for central bathroom with underfloor heating, tiled floor and walls, shower and loo. Loo has heavy duty flush master built in. Was intended for weekend use but only had minimal use since refurbishment and no longer need now.

All electrics with arctic flex wiring and designed for permanent liveaboard mooring connected to services. Could be easily set up for cruising.

Last surveyed 5 years ago. Moored in one location on private lake in Cotswolds.

Extremely reliable engine. Run periodically.

The space is wide enough to bring in your own furniture and customise the living area as you see fit.

Interior comprises large double bedroom, modern spacious bathroom and living area un-furnished with ample space for galley (No galley installed yet).
