Description

A complete modular 23m x 6m x 6m powder coating and paint spray booth with lanemark dust burner box. The spray shop contains a full rolling hanger system for offering complete flexibilty for mass equipment production runs to deliver increased productivity. Designed to be used in any suitable internal space. All LEV ducting and HVAC supply air is adaptable to suit any space and could easily be extended or reduced in size.

Orignally constructed and used by agricultural equipment manufacturer.
Currently dismantled and ready for collection from worcestershire, UK.
Transport can be arranged at additional cost.

Framing and internal panels with inbuilt fire exits and LEV access panels.
200kw Nordair Niche HVAC system - Gas.
Full LEV system of; 8 x ABB motors 3.5/1.75kw, driving 24" RDM fans into 8 vertical duct stacks with indiviudal through roof cowels to 90d motorized vents.
2 control panels operating the HVAC and supply system. 1 running the extract motors
Full length filtered high level supply ducting with pre supply dust burner.
Fire exit doors each corner and both sides at midway point. Giving access above the 1m box filtered extraction ducts at floor level.
Fix to floor framing and modular panels make up the internal face of this large industrial paint / powdercoat booth, unit.
Spiral ducting - various sizes.

Sirius Marine purchased this unit for its' own use but have been unable to install due to a restricted gas supply. We offer this fantastically priced booth dismantled and ready to load.

Can be fully soda blasted back to clean galvanized panels at additional cost.
