Beautiful and very rare Mercury Pro XS Optimax with only 127 hours run time.

Only two owners from new in 2018, this is a lovely engine and one of the last of the line. Manufactured from 2004 to 2018 the Optimax is a proven, reliable best in class outboard and the Pro XS takes it to another level.

Built for specific hole shot acceleration, significant mid range and all day long top end speed, this is the race tuned150 hp, 2.5 litre V6 version of the dependable, 2,500 hour plus lifespan of the Optimax 150.

Complete with the upgraded Tempest Plus stainless steel prop, smart guages, wiring loom, oil tanks and, just serviced to include all anodes, gear oil and filters.

This is a very rare opportunity to find. It’s a stunning piece of engineering and is only available as it’s just too much for what we need. In lovely original and hardly used condition, it is still on our boat and can therefore be seen running. Happy to take the boat out for genuinely interested parties.
