SOLD....SIMILAR BOATS REQUIRED....Dawdler’s Dream is a stunning 52ft cruiser built by Midland Canal Centre and is a perfect example of a turnkey boat. She is a credit to her owners. The vessel benefits from having a slightly shorter cruiser stern giving extra internal space yet still having the social outside space. From the stern, the vessel has a fixed bed with ample storage. The off-corridor bathroom contains a Mansfield Traveller pump out toilet, shower and vanity basin. Next there is a dinette with storage underneath which converts into a double bed, making the vessel a 4 berth boat. The galley is fully equipped with an eye level oven and grill with separate hob, 12v Cool Zone fridge / freezer, oak cupboards and ample storage. The saloon is situated at the bow with 2 freestanding chairs and a Villager solid fuel stove with beautiful tiled surround. The propulsion is provided by a Canaline 42hp engine which was new in 2016 with an immaculate engine bay. This is ideal for anyone wanting to travel on the rivers as well as the canals. The electrics include 12v, inverter, 1 starter and 3 leisure batteries. Hot water is supplied by a calorifier and Alde boiler. The Alde boiler also provides the central heating. Blacked 2017. Engine serviced September 2019. BSC 2023. The vessel was last surveyed in 2014 and is available for viewing. Dawdler’s Dream is a real gem of a boat and has been thoroughly looked after by her meticulous owners.

BUYERS & SELLERS
When you buy a boat from us you pay all monies in to our company clients trust account which means that the buyers and sellers money is protected. This is the same account that solicitors set up for house sales .This money does not belong to the company it belongs to the buyer until the sale is complete and then we pay the seller from the company clients trust account. We cannot release the money from the Clients Trust Account to the seller until the vessel has been accepted and handed over to the buyer because if there was a fault with the vessel and the buyer refused to accept it and wanted their money back we could not do this because the seller would of already had the money. This could become a very costly and messy problem for all parties.
This money never enters our company current account. This also means that we cannot use customers money for other purchases/reasons. If at any point the company went bust then the buyers/sellers money is safe and it would go back to the rightful owner of the money.
We have had this company clients trust account set up from day one to protect our customers money. This account is a secure holding account. We pay the seller monies due from this account when the buyer has signed to accept the vessel. Payment is made from this account to the seller by cheque from the clients Trust Account which is protected guaranteed funds.
