This new narrowboat has been built using traditional boat building methods with solid walnut floors throughout and it combines the very best of old and new with high-quality natural materials and all the modern equipment you need to make the transition from land to water seamless.


Hidden away is a full domestic lpg combi boiler giving instant heat to the radiators and the taps, gas consumption is very low


To get really cosy, or just for the vibe, there is also a lovely Charnwood log burner

The open plan bedroom area has a luxury roll topped bath, why would you move onto the water and deprive yourself of a lovely bath? There’s also a shower for those long trips away from the marina where water is scarcer


With sprayfoam insulation and thermal break double glazing throughout, she’s beautifully warm in winter and cool in summer. The shutters give maximum light when open and complete privacy when closed


Power comes from a brand-new Barrus Shire diesel engine which has its own 100A battery charger attached to supplement the solar input from the six discrete low-profile panels. There is a big inverter providing 240v power to the boiler and sockets throughout. There is also 12v lighting, usb sockets, cigar lighter sockets, 12v tv and 12v fridge.

If it is your plan to use the boat for guests or Air BnB, she’s ready to go.
