For sale Ivy Irene, 45 foot traditional stern Narrowboat.
This boat was built by Farr Fabrications, we think as one off and first registered in 1995.
We bought the boat in June 2021, it had previously been a liveaboard boat,
we have made several improvements to this boat over the last few years.
Boat hull blacked in April 2024, and safety certificate was done in June 2024 and lasts until June 2028.
Engine is a Lister 3 cylinder LPW3 and has been serviced twice in the time we have the boat, most recently in March 25.
625W Solar Panel system installed by Nboard Solar, with a controller and inverter.
Gas fridge and cooker both fully operational.
Refurbished bathroom with shower and sink, and Morco water heater.
Wood Burner.
Sofa bed in living space.
Fixed double bed at bow end.
This is a good solid boat that we have had a lot of fun in, and has never let us down.
We know its not the prettiest outside, it could do with a lick of paint, and some of the woodwork inside is not the tidiest.
but everything that needs to work does and it will make an ideal leisure or live aboard boat.
Boat is currently at a beautiful end of garden farm mooring just outside Wolverhampton,
this arrangement may be able to be continued with the agreement of the landowner.
