Excellent condition, full refurbished approx 5 years ago, with double bed at stern, bathroom with shower, lounge with log burner and fully fitted kitchen and aft deck.
2 litre lister engine.
The mooring comes with the boat which enables the owner to either stay on board or take periodic trips via the Regents Canal.
Mooring fees can be paid to CRT monthly or annualy.
We are sad to be selling our lovely boat/home which we have owned for some years, we used her as a pied a terre in London.
