Private, gated marina with CCTV and gatehouse operating during business hours. Sauna boat and other quiet businesses on site. Lovely neighbours - about 7 live aboard vessels. Pump out point adjacent to mooring, plus water point and 240v metered hookup and internet connection. Onshore showers, toilets, washer and dryer facilities accessible at marina and post collection at gatehouse.
Regular fuel boats pass the marina and we can share details for new owners.
Quiet, leafy location opposite the tow path. Lots of lovely pubs and cafes, easy walk to the shops and well connected to the rest of the city.
Currently the mooring costs £800/month and the transfer fee is included in the asking price and has been pre-approved by the marina.

Description:
Tryptyc has been our home for about 3 years, having bought her from her original owner of 30years. She’s a wonderful boat and has provided us with a perfect base to explore the city. She’s cosy in the winter and in the summer you can sunbathe on the roof and watch the tow path go by. The marinas unique location means there is very little road noise and it's easy to forget just how central you are. Angel and Old Street Stations are about a 10min walk and buses go from Eagle Wharf Road all over the city. Some of our favourite moments here have beeb feeding the swans from our kitchen window with a coffee in the morning!
We are unfortunately selling our beautiful little home due to leaving London.
