Description

Nancy is a 58ft traditional stern narrowboat built by The New Boat Company in 2003 powered by an Isuzu 33hp 4 cylinder engine with manual gear box.

She is a well appointed boat that has been in the same family since she was built. Designed with the liveboard in mind, she has everything you need to move in straight away.

With 2 berths, and at 58ft, she offers ample space for a couple or single person (with extra for guests to stay).

Stay warm in the winter with a multi fuel stove, instant water heater, double gas oven and a built in bath tub/shower.

Enjoy the summer with a side hatch located in the galley, with outside space to the bow and stern and stay safe on the gritted roof - lovely for lounging whilst moored or cruising.

Integral Water tank - 150 gallons.
Gas locker - storage suitable for 2 x 13kg bottles, with overboard drainage and seat lid.

Oven - Hotpoint double oven converted to LPG with 4 gas rings
Washing Machine - 240v fed with a separate hose to shore setup.
Bath - 120l - hot water from Morco instant boiler with Whale Gulper pump (float switch pump available).
Toilet - Thetford with spare cassette (plenty of space to install a septic tank).
Multifuel stove - Boatmans installed 2019 (also has a chimney sweep brush for servicing).
Small double bed - freestanding.
Electric - Several 240v plug sockets throughout the boat on both sides.
12v electrics running through the trunking in the ceiling ready to install any 12v electrics.
Inverter- electrics are fitted for a 3kw inverter (current one in situation is not working).

This boat has been a comfortable home for the last 8 years. Regrettably I am selling her due to a change in personal circumstances and it is time that she starts her new adventure with someone else.
