Dutch steel boat built by Pedro with the following features: Out of Water Survey carried out 20 May 2022. Boat Safety Certificate carried out 4 June 2022. Galvanised anchor with 30m chain (manual windlass). Bathing platform. Davits with 4 person inflatable dinghy with 4HP 2 stroke Tahaitsu outboard. Aft Dodgers and window weather covers custom made 2017. Bow thrust 24 volt. Navigation equipment Raymarine Depth and Speed Monitor, VHF Radio Silver S15DSC, 1 electronic Azmuth Fluxgate compass. Upper Helm position fitted with magnetic compass. Dual control to Upper and Lower Helm. Raymarine ST6002 autopilot. Raymarine C120 multifunction GPS Chart Plotter and Radar including Raymarine AIS receiver. Electrics - Sterling Battery Management System including 20 amp shoreline battery chager and 1800 watt inverter (8 x 6 volt deep cycle 280 amp batteries split 4 domestic, 2 starter, 2 bow thrust) with 2 Victron Solar Management Controls, 3 x 100w new skin fit solar panels fitted May 2022. Sureflow Water Pressure System. Heating 5KW Webasto Thermotop deisel hot water and central heating system, serviced May 2022. A new Engine was fitted in 2016 Nanni N4.115 Kubota 4 cylinder turbo along with a new twin disc TM93 gearbox. Since installation of new engine and gearbox running hours 353.7. Oil and fuel filters changed June 2022. The engine is located under the Saloon floor along with the batteries, calorifier, large water lock and freshwater pump. Horizon also has an auxilliray wing engine Tahitsu 30 HP outboard engine. This was installed to facilitate safe coastal cruising for emergency and can be steered from the helms.

In 2017 the hull to water line was professionally shot blasted and copper coated. Inspected May 2022 and overhauled and where necessary repaired.

The accommodation is teak and oak finished (refit 2017) and consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed, hanging wardrobe, shelved cupboards and dressing table, Bathroom with shower wet room, toilet (Greencare Organic) and basin. Large hanging wardrobe and storage space opposite bathroom. The Saloon consists of shelving, cupboards and seating area with movable table. The Galley has a full size cooker and fridge replaced 2018. It has a microwave and sink and is fully equipped. The Dining area which can be converted to a double berth has seating and a table. In the bow of the boat there is a washing machine (replaced 2019) and tumble dryer. The Galley and Dining area have solid oak floor, the rest apart from the bathroom are carpeted throughout. There are 3 carbon monoxide monitors and 3 smoke alarms located throughout the boat.

The Owners have lived aboard whilst sailing around the UK for 5 years so it is well equipped within and also includes all mooring equipment. Horizon is currently moored on the non-tidal Thames and the Marina owner will consider transferring the mooring, but this will not include residential use.
