A home that feels spacious and welcoming

Step aboard at the bow and you're welcomed by a really practical storage area, shelved floor to ceiling on both sides, before opening into a wonderfully generous open-plan kitchen and living space — one of the most impressive layouts of its kind. The kitchen is fully fitted (all appliances, including the dishwasher, bought new in 2023), with a lovely butler sink, plenty of worktop, and a breakfast bar that comfortably seats four. The living area is warm and inviting, whether you're curling up alone or hosting friends — helped along by a programmable pellet stove that works alongside diesel-fired central heating and radiators throughout.

Heading towards the stern, the bathroom is a another nice space: a large walk-in shower, a glass basin with storage beneath, and a heated towel rail to keep things snug. A compost toilet is currently fitted, though the pump-out plumbing remains in place if you'd rather switch.

Further along, in the stern, is what may be the largest bedroom you'll find on a boat like this — softly carpeted and roomy, providing a luxurious bedroom for a single or couple but is large enough that a new owner could easily carve out an extra single or double bed, or set up a bunk room for children. A door leads from the bedroom onto the rear deck, which brings still more storage.

The roof, thanks to its gentle curve, is a great candidate for decking out into a proper outdoor space — perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks, wherever she ends up.

Despite being set up as a comfortable, settled home, Nausicaa is fully able to cruise and has been out on the tidal Thames and the Lee several times in recent years. DLR: Limehouse to Bank in 10 minutes; Blackwall to Bank in 12–14 minutes.
River: Uber Boat by Thames Clippers from Canary Wharf to London Bridge in around 15 minutes.
