Description
The owner acquired this Princess 32 two years ago, with the intention of low cost accommodation to enable her to save up the deposit on a flat.
She invested in a high quality cockpit enclosure to make the extra space practical in all weathers.
The last survey was four years ago and it was last lifted in 2022 for antifouling and anodes. The engine had been run regularly but a standard service is recommended.
The interior is attractive with the original saloon bench seat replaced with storage units. Two fridges, two cookers (gas not used) and a microwave, plus a very economical diesel fuelled heating system making accommodation viable.
All costs per annum work out to about £6000 but we would recommend annual lifting and maintenance as befits any boat over 40 years old.
So a person or couple saving for a flat, a weekend retreat at an attractive marina or low cost student digs are all possible at the right location/berth.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
