A good nights sleep in the slightly enlarged port berth with dumlop foam mattress toping over bunk cushions. Standard Vee berth and stb berth .Chart table berth altered to create storage for large items like dingy , life raft or bike etc Comfortable cockpit with loose cushions.

Construction

Painted top sides and deck with spare paint included , Bimini cover with new windows , available (not fitted ) reading lamps
heater is not connected but pipework all in place . Masses of storage . Fuel tank is stainless ( about 50 L ) , water tank stainless ( about 50 L) New electronic charging outlet points , one for cockpit instruments and one at chart table. Usual navigation lights etc . Anchor is CQR with Delta extra . All chain rode with rope options .

Equipment

Standard Horizon VHF with integral GPS and DSC calling . Furuno GP30 with cockpit repeater . Unfitted Helex Chart plotter with built in UK map . Tiller auto pilot . Avon redcrest dingy with joint oars and pump . New life harnesses (the auto inflate type). The tool draws are full with screws bolts + nuts and masses of handy essential maintenance equipment. The stove works well , butane via Camping gas bottle in stern locker with spare . 2 heavy duty self tailing cockpit genoa winches .
Ready for re run of mast rigging to cockpit are winch and rope clutches etc fitted .

Engine(s)

Beta 28 always been easy starter . New Racor secondary filer just fitted , new fan belt with spares , new engine anode , oil change and filter change (spare oil filters) . Has 52 amp alternator . New water pump impeller + spares .

Sails & Spars

Sails are OK and good for now but could do with replacing in near further. On board main and genoa with furling winch .
