CoC until 2030.The mooring is available if required but unfortunately it’s non residential.The hull is extremely good and was blacked in autumn 2024 and 8 x 2,5g anodes fitted.The water cans,chimneys and klaxon are included in the sale.There are 2 large diesel tanks in the style of the Grand Union boats and having a 28in prop you can go anywhere on just over tickover.I have had to re advertise due to serious timewaster.
