R154 Chaffinch for sale. Built by Roy Dann (Looe) in 1951 and sailed in North Devon through a lot of her life. Proven fast boat – 3rd overall in 2017 National Championship in 2017 with 2 Cup wins and many other Club trophies.
Complete hull restoration and updated to full race spec. in 2012-2014. In excellent condition, used regularly, and fully equipped and all ready to race. She comes with alloys by SuperSpars, trapeze and original Wyche and Coppock centre-board. Currently rigged for aft main sheeting but easily converted to centre main if desired.
Also included and all new in 2014: a fully enveloping cover in VGC, good combi-road trailer/trolley, full buoyancy and suit of Sail Shape (Fowey) sails good for club racing. Suit of nationals-quality Sail Shapes by separate negotiation.
