As you step aboard Rosemary from the stern, you're welcomed into a bright, peaceful creative studio — currently used as an office, but originally built as a double berth.
Moving forward, you’ll find the first bathroom, styled as a wet room with a basin, overhead mixer shower, and a Sealand Traveller pump-out toilet. There’s also a spare Thetford Porta Potty included — ideal for guests or backup.
Beyond that lies the main bedroom, fitted with a comfortable double bed, complete with under-bed storage and a shelf above the headboard.
Continue down the corridor and you'll arrive at the service room — a cleverly converted space that now works as a cloakroom with storage and plumbing for a washing machine. It used to be a second bathroom, and still retains connections for a shower and toilet, if you ever wish to convert it back.
Further along, you’ll reach a third flexible space — currently set up as a second office, but perfectly sized for a double bed or studio nook.
The boat then opens into a well-appointed galley kitchen with a side hatch. There’s a high-level oven, 4-burner gas hob, 12V fridge, and a ceramic sink, surrounded by storage cupboards.
Finally, at the front of the boat, you enter the cosy saloon — a warm and inviting space with a multi-fuel stove, a sofa bed (included), and plenty of room for a TV and cabinet.
Step through the doors and you’re on the spacious bow deck, with bench seating on both sides, storage under the seats, and a full cratch cover. Just ahead is the gas locker with room for two 13kg bottles.
This is a reluctant sale. We lovingly upgraded Rosemary for long-term liveaboard life, but personal circumstances now require us to return to land. She’s been an incredibly reliable, warm, and beautiful home — ready for her next chapter with someone who will appreciate her.
Whether you’re looking for a marina home or the freedom of the waterways, Rosemary is turn-key ready and packed with thoughtful details.
