Windows are stainless steel framed, all are rounded corners and double glazed throughout. Flooring consists of Oak engineered T&G boarding in the Galley and hallway, and carpeting in the lounge and bedrooms.

Cabin Equipment & Material Description
The Ceiling and wall lights throughout the cabin utilise low power 12volt LED warm light, with numerous 240AC volt sockets installed in all areas. The Bedrooms have wall mounted LED Flat screen TVs

The bathroom is fitted with Porcelain floor tiles, floor to ceiling wall tiles, oak framed doors and panels to fitted cabinets, an all in one 4-stage flush toilet with inbuilt macerator, 390ltre holding tank with pumpout, flush and breather filters, chrome mixer taps plus Jabsco pump linked to water flow sensor switch.

The Lounge has a built in UHD Smart Flat screen 50”TV with an Oak surround frame, incorporated within a floor to ceiling wall cabinet housing an audio system with speakers, plus a Satellite tracking control unit with receiver for Satellite and Freeview channels. An Arrow Eco Burner 7Kw Multi-fuel stove is positioned in one corner of the lounge.

The Stern bulkhead Portside cupboard houses all the cabins 12 and 240volt control systems, including a Victron Quattro 5KVA Combination Inverter, RCD and MCB consumer units and integrated control panel with Thermal trip switches for all DC circuits, GX Cerbo Battery monitoring, multi control panel for inverted power management and Generator control panel.

All areas/rooms are fitted with a full central heating system with designer Anthracite panel radiators, each with thermostatic valves, all controlled via a Smart Hive wireless 7-day programmable panel. 5G Mobile Wifi is installed with a wireless router for your personal Hot Spot on the boat.

Construction

Steel constructed hull and super structure, fully insulated with double glazing throughout. The interior has been tastefully designed and fitted out to the highest specification, utilising the best possible materials and equipment.

Heating
The Central heating and hot water comes from a Kabola HR400 Water heating system, located in the Engine compartment and plumbed into a 90 let duel coiled Colorifier. The domestic battery stack consists of 6 x 165Ah AGM batteries.
A Domeself-seeking twin LNB Satellite system is mounted on the roof of the cabin supplying Satview /Freeview and Radio channels from anywhere in the UK and Europe.
A Stainless steel air horn, Anchor and steam light are fitted to a bespoke mast,Spot light and Navigation Lights are also fitted.
4x 250W Panasonic hybrid solar panels have been fitted along with a Victron 150/85 MPPT controller.
