Only one of two built with a centre cockpit/aft cabin ‘’Arctic tern’’ is a rare opportunity to come by.
As you enter the forward cockpit there is a port side shower/chemical toilet. Moving forward there is a dinette area which can collapse down to a double, opposite you have the kitchen area which consists of a wash basin, 4 hob gas burner with an oven/grill below and next to this is a 12v or mains fridge/freezer with plenty of storage surrounding. The forward V converts to a double with a dividing privacy curtain. The TV aerial is in place as well as the radio/CD player.
The rear cabin has a large fixed double bed with access to the weed hatch underneath. There is also a wardrobe and wash basin in the rear cabin.
There are 3 opening roof lights to provide as much natural light throughout the boat.
Hot and cold water is supplied to all basins/shower by engine heating or the diesel heater which was replaced in 2022 and serviced regularly since. There are 4 leisure batteries on board and 1 starter battery. The boat is powered by a Beta 35hp which has regularly been serviced, last of which was 11/03/2025. New calorifier was fitted September 2023. British Safety Certificate (BSC) valid until 04/06/2027. Survey available to view from 2022 with all recommendations carried out including pressure washing, new propeller, anodes, and hull blacking etc.
