This Wayfarer, fitted with a 40kg ballasted centreboard, makes this the most stable 16ft Cruiser ever designed and built. Even in string winds, single-handed, the Helm was able to pull up the Asymmetric Kite and sail with ease. The extra weight of the ballasted centreboard made the boat even more stable.
